the customer service at this Grease Monkey is awesome. The people here are friendly and very professional. They always act genuinely happy to have my business. They smile when they talk to you. They do not push products I don't need, but they are good to let me know when I do need a replacement filter, etc........Kirk is probably one of the best managers of a business I've ever met. I was an Executive Director for USDA in southern Idaho for 25 years and saw a lot of managers in a lot of business. I often thought how lucky Grease Monkey was to have the caliber of person I saw in Kirk. It also shows in the other employees as they too are always very courteous and professional as well. This is a place that has my business (and that of my family members too) for as long as I drive cars. Its a pleasure to let you know how truly good this business is. How many times can a person say they almost look forward to having their car serviced?..........
