This is a nice spa as far as appearance and I do enjoy the monthly specials. I will say ALL employees aren't always the most friendly (I have been several times, so this isn't based off of one experience only). i never really know what I'm going to get. They definitely show if they're having a hard or stressful day. I have also on more than one occasion run into issues there such as having to wait a very long time for various reasons. They are often short-staffed and seem to have a lot of staff turn-over. Dr. Gordon also runs a MD practice along with the MediSpa, so it can be difficult trying to get an appointment sometimes; schedule in advance. Overall, they do a good job on procedures and the monthly specials are great. I just hope they can iron out some of the staff issues.
I so appreciate your honest feedback about your experience at the Medispa. I agree we have had some staff turnover that has been completely out of our control. Also I believe on the day you were here we were having extreme difficulty with out internet service and credit card service. However, that is not excuse to have less than adequate or friendly customer service. In addition, I do have a busy family practice but do try to make accommodations for injectables coming in early morning or staying after hours.
