Yesterday I saw a new veterinarian at GBAH. She was very pleasant and I did not request and of the past vets I had seen there. My fault.
I found the experience to be like another one I had there with a New vetranarian. I find they try to suggest every available option that might apply to your dog. I am beginning to wonder if they are required to Sell a certain amount of “goods” in their beginning months. Now I know I will only requests the vets that know my dog and I have worked with in the past.
Secondly, when the tech was trying to draw blood she seemed very “testy” and upset saying she couldn’t do it because my dog was moving too much. And she had to try 2-3 times before another tech drew it. Now I know my dog as well as other dogs do not like the feeling of getting punctured so it isn’t always easy to take blood but I didn’t like her attitude. It was not like other techs I have seen there.
I have been coming to GBAH for 17 years and I have to say yesterday was not a good service experience there. The office staff however are always friendly and helpful. I really appreciate them.
