First-rate in all respects. The staff is exceptionally competent, highly personable and understanding if a problem arises, as, for example, with the status of one's dental insurance. This office runs on time.
I walked out on my last cleaning visit even though I had some issues that I wanted to address. My dental hygienist's demeanor was disconcerting. Kept asking me questions when I could not answer. Also, kept complaining about how I flossed. I don't need a lecture! My advice is to shut up and clean the teeth!
I was there for my regular semiannual cleaning. I was seen promptly at my appointment time. The hygentist was. Professional but friendly and took xrays and did a theory exam of my teeth gums and glands of the mouth and throat. She proceeded to the cleaning and introduced me to the new dentist who would be handling my dental needs from now on.
The only thing that would have made my "visit: better was if I had been offered a glass of wine to start with. As usual the staff at the desk and in the dental rooms were awesome. I recommend Greene Family Dentistry if you're looking for good dental care.
Paying for years of neglect. Not judgmental, and now feel that my teeth and gums are healthy. Followed their suggestion on power toothbrush and teeth never felt so clean. Can not say I look forward to appointments, but do not dread them, either.
The dentist who took care of my teeth at this past appointment did an "EXCELLENT" job. She checked them, cleaned them and was very careful not to cause pain or discomfort. Thank you for the wonderful visit.
Excellent. I have a fear of dentists and the hygienist that worked with me was so considerate of those fears, and gently told me each thing she was doing. When the dentist came in to go over necessary treatment, she also was thorough and most helpful in explaining why and what the treatment should be.
Too many people came in complaining about the service they received for inspections on Jan 31st, it appears to be a money making day for the end of the month. I was there for 2 hours and I heard bad service from at least 4 people. I was rejected because of rust being on the rotors and one of the beams were new from a deer accident and the other beam wasn't changed by Halls Body Shop and they used that as a fault and wanted 588. .00 in repairs. Last year they said it was an oil leak and it wasn't there this year, in which it was nothing done to repair it. Yes, I am wary of the service there. I have breaks and there is no steering problem with my vehicle. Sorry that I came there and put my trust at University ire. Have a Blessed Day
