The experience once you're at the office is great... Dr Shane is the best and the office staff is very friendly. High tech facility and all appropriate COVID mitigation measures taken.

However, their volume of automated texts and emails they send drives me nuts. I'm leaving this review after receiving a text message asking me to do so... the 2nd time in less than a day that they've asked me to leave review. Add in the persistent automated appointment reminders (After confirming after the first time they texted me, they proceeded to text me again 2 days later - and sent the same via email), and the emails touting their $50 referral program, and it's enough to drive you mad. Wish i could set my contact preferences to send a single appointment reminder/confirmation a few days before the appointment and that's it.

Michael we're sorry about the persistent reminders. They are part of an automated system making difficult to adjust the settings for each individual patient. We'll take a look and try to limit the amount of messages you're getting. Unfortunately even with all these reminders people continue to miss their appointments and ignore their cleanings. I have been going to William street sports&spine for almost a year due to chronic lower back pain issues. This is a great office that offer chiropractic, physical therapy, massage therapy, Accupuncture. It also has different massage beds that are quite ‘soothing’ the pain. The doctors, therapists all are knowledgeable and very friendly. Highly recommend!
