For the first time in a long time I was unsatisfied with my visit to Greenwich Shell. I was not informed of a $300 + part that was installed after numerous discussions about the nessecary parts required to fix my vehicle. I was surprised to see the same part installed that I had replaced at the shop 13 months ago. I understand that I was just outside the 12 month warranty, but being a customer who has brought his vehicle in a dozen times for repairs/services at your shop it seems unfair to have to pay full price for a component that failed after such a short time in my car. I also did not receive the radiator fan assembly that was replaced even though I circled on the repair form to have all replaced components returned to me.
I understand the customer point of view and the customer had always been pleasant. Unfortunately he failed to update his comment that he was issued a full credit on the part the day after because the manufacturer credit our account. As he mentioned the part was passed the warranty period and paper had to be filed to issued credit.

Michele Levy has the worst bedside manner I've ever met in a professional setting. Furthermore, she is not a nice person, which is why it is so difficult for her to treat her patients with genuine helpfulness and honesty. I believe she uses pretense instead to help her own pockets. Like practically forcing Optomap on me when I didn't really need to, then saying that I will go blind when I'm 60, and suffer far-sightedness when I'm 40. I'm 39, no signs of far-sightedness. I want facts, not scare tactics. Is it bshe's desperate to pay for her new Optomap machine? My eye health so far has been great except for near-sightedness. She concluded after the Optomap photo(Which I had to pay extra for), that I have a bit of redness in my eyes. Somewhere in this Dante's hell, she also asked which Asian nationality I was because we "all looked alike." Not quite sure if this had anything to do with my eye exam, although when asked, she gave a feeble excuse of certain Asian ethnicities having eye problems. I will never go back to her, she has some sort of underlying emotional problem which I had the misfortune of encountering. She put my contacts lenses back into my eyes without washing her hands,(right after the tirade about my lack of hygiene in not changing lenses enough). I went immediately home, threw away the lenses and scrubbed my eyes, mostly to get rid of her foul, lingering presence.
