Greg's Japanese Auto

I believe I was quoted $1600 for a new throttle body and over 8 hours per wheel to adjust my EBrake. I took my vehicle to my shop in Redmond and they were able to clean the throttle body (which is all it needed) for $129. I told them the experience I had with Donny and how I was even low balled with a $125 diagnostic only to be charge $275 for "all the time the tech spent watching the data" they adjusted my Ebrake on the house. I am new to the neighborhood and was looking to have a local shop to service my vehicles. Unfortunately this shop was exactly the type of shop I wanted to avoid. This was a terrible customer experience.

They are professional, give quotes before any service and give good recommendations.

I have an old car and rely on the guys at Greg's to keep it running!

The staff are friendly and very professional. The courtesy driver was precisely on time and the vehicle is in good condition. They seem to have done a very good job on my car and did not try to convince me to get any unnecessary repairs. Overall, I'm a highly satisfied customer!

I'm a long-time Greg's customer...from (3) Mazda's to my Hyundai Veloster now. The service is consistently excellent every time.

Even though I made a mistake and left the wrong key at the night drop, they were willing to work with us to get the correct key to them. They handled all that we asked and recommended some other problem areas but said we could wait on those. Very satisfied.

Awesome as usually and I appreciate the ride over to la fitness while the car was being worked on. I will be back.

Very thorough and helpful about what was needed for routine maintenance. When I asked about other maintenance items they explained why those weren't necessary rather than just adding them to the maintenance list. There was a couple of things that they needed to look at before deciding whether any work was required (like brakes) and they called me to tell me the results of their inspections and get my authorization before starting the work. No surprises on the invoice!
