I always enjoy my visits to Greg's in Lynnwood. They are professional, courteous and always happy to help in any way they can. They explain in clear concise manners in terms I can understand. I was disappointed to learn that Eric had passed away a couple years ago. My deepest condolences to his and the entire Greg's family.
As for recommending Greg's to others? I ALWAYS recommend you guys.

Got a needed appointment on short notice.
Very competent and friendly appointment staff. In and out in time quoted.
Techs found an issue I was not aware of, not urgent so to be fixed later. :-)
Techs quoted front brakes good (pad measurement, but brake specialty shop identified that hi-speed braking causing steering wheel shaking result of rotors needing turning. :-(
Reasonable price for 25k service.

GJA replaced a worn out clutch, flywheel & slave cylinder on a '94 Toyota. $$$ was great. Work was finished in two days. Alex was awesome, she was very informative of issues with the current repairs & tech inspection of future repairs. I was very impressed with the $$$ & the professionalism of Alex & the other GJA Tech Staff.

Alex and the whole staff at Greg's Japanese Auto provided terrific customer service. They sent me a link to a real-time status report about how my 90K service was proceeding, allowing me to view a "health report" for each part of my car as I waited at Starbucks. Additionally, the pricing is very reasonable. I paid $400 less for my 90K service than I would have paid at another shop in Bothell. In the future, I will take my Hondas to Greg's for all service.
