Great group of people! We have taken our truck to both locations near us, Puyallup and Federal Way. When we moved to WA, we originally felt obligated to deal with the Toyota dealership in Auburn. It wasn't until about a year into the relationship that we realized their technicians were not really looking into what was wrong with the vehicle, and didn't even bother diagnosing the problems by getting into the truck and actually driving it themselves. They would find something wrong each and every time we brought the vehicle in for oil changes, and we began to suspect they were trying to get money out of us unnecessarily. When we brought our truck to Greg's, the first thing they did was ask us if we could go for a ride. Their prices are much more reasonable than the dealership, and they have taken care of us, including offering to drive us to our next location. Extremely honest, personable, and knowledgeable. I am very happy with their service, and I totally recommend using Greg's.

Jc is the best, he is professional, honest, upfront, and very knowledgeable of everything, from your gas cap to what's that noise. I should have gone here sooner, and I recommend them no matter what make your car is!
