I've been coming to Greg's Japanese Auto for about 20 years. That includes a 1980 Toyota pickup that had been radically modified, 18 years, then a 1996 Toyota Avalon, another 18 years, a 2001 Toyota Tacoma, 13 years, a 2012 Kia Soul, which we still own and have serviced at your Bellevue store, and last but not least, a 2014 Toyota FJ Cruiser TTUE, which I just brought in for a 30,000 mile service, that's its first visit to you. I don't like dealerships and refuse to take any of my vehicles to them. Therefore, I've been coming to you guys since about 1998. I miss Rob Roy, that personal touch was great, and made coming back easy So,now I have to go down the block to see him. Since nobody knows me anymore, things went pretty good. I take a very active interest in my vehicles. I know just enough about my trucks to be really annoying so I hope the guys weren't off by my questions and concerns. I've recommended you guys to everyone I know that has a Japanese or Korean vehicle... Don't let me down.

I just needed a headlight replaced and showed up 15 minutes before they were scheduled to open but they took care of me and got me out of there in good time. I was tired of dealing with the Honda Dealer and I am glad I changed my routine. Worth it for sure.

Brad was great at explaining as best he could about the mechanical aspects of the situation with my car. Had to leave it an extra day due to my schedule and that was OK...great! A little too long on hold at initial point on phone call...would be great if a real person could answer it before the recording comes on. Price was about right for the work done. I had the 'inspection' done...it would be really helpful if the invoice showed all the items that were OK, along with the items needing attention.

Very professional. Went the extra mile trying to find parts for my 2000 Suzuki SUV. This has become much more difficult since Suzuki left the U.S. market several years ago. If/when I get another car, I'll be sure it's one that Greg's works on.

The staff is friendly, patient, and explains the problems thoroughly. I have only taken my Subaru to Greg's Japanese Part and I will continue until the vehicle can't be fixed.
