Seamless. Dropped my car off at my scheduled time. Received a phone call a few hours later to give me an update with everything they found and a very detailed explanation of the the cost breakdown The cost was fair and they were able to get it all done in 1 day. Got a call once my car was available for pick up. Since I was stuck in traffic and not able to make it by closing time, they were able to take my payment over the phone and I was able to pick up my car with my spare key.

The guys at Greg's once again provided courteous, quick yet thorough service for my 2008 Subaru. Even though they needed to order parts, they were able to finish the job and get my car back to me in the same day.

I had a great experience! They took care of me and quickly set me up with everything I needed. I am a young woman and often feel like service centers are trying to take advantage of me and or/assume I don't know anything about my car, and the people at Greg's were so kind and supportive that I knew I could trust them. Such a great experience!

Met Curtis Robertson. He handled everything in a very professional and competent manner. He was careful to explain everything to me. Of course, he's the manager, so he's supposed to. I've been dealing with Rob Roy for so many years, it was different but OK. The only problem was he gave me bad news... but that's a good opportunity to take the front off my FJ and inspect it and then redetail. It was a good experience, and I'll be back in about two weeks after I take the bumper and winch off.

Brad kept me well informed of progress and issues. Both he and Curtis where easy to communicate with and clearly explained the issue with my car. Thanks for installing parts I obtained rather than having to purchase a very expensive new part. Saved me a lot and I understand risk with work not under warranty due to those used part being used. Worth the risk. Thanks. I'll be back - hopefully not too soon.

For my second visit, I have to say I enjoyed it through and through! This type of courtesy is very rare and I cant imagine a person giving a bad review unless they are very self centered!!!
