The car has an airbag recall. Seeing as we went in to get the airbag checked...I'm not sure why Greg's didn't check the recall for us. Instead we paid $150 for a diagnostic (that's expensive) without any resolution. Well, the resolution is we pay Greg's $1000 to fix the airbag. I just wasn't impressed with our service this time around. In the past, the service station checks if there's a recall out.

On the 29th year of servicing my cars with Greg's Japanese Auto, and I wouldn't consider taking it anywhere else. I was in for service the other day, and as always, the car came back under budget and on time. Their honesty, customer service and quality of work performed are unrivaled. My 2000 Lexus has 307,000 miles and running strong!

I recently relocated from NC to Seattle and was happy to find a friendly, knowledgeable, reasonably priced, and convenient auto shop for my Prius. I got my oil changed, they provided suggestion for future work that isn't yet needed, and helped me put on my front license tag required in WA. I recommend Gregs and will be returning.

Called two locations and had conversations lasting 20-30 minutes with three of their service folks when researching a used auto. All three were awesome, were very forthright with their desire to assist me in making a well informed decision. They clearly know their cars. Their attitudes were fantastic, unlike some of the competition. Without them I would not have made such a well informed purchase. They provided me with a pre-purchase inspection at a very reasonable price. The estimate of issues that would likely need attention in the not too distant future allowed me to negotiate the price down further.
I intend to take my new purchase to them for all future needs.

When I dropped my truck off for service I was concerned because fluids were leaking out everywhere. Just two days later it was diagnosed, fixed, and covered under warranty. What is not to like with that!?
