Greg’s used to be great. I brought my car to them on a rec from a friend after my previous Seattle mechanic missed that I had blown both headgaskets and treated me like I was an idiot when had I reported my car was overheating. However the last two visits have been a mess. Not being called about work being done, not having my car really ready even after being called that work is done, losing/misplacing/not returning my car keys. So far their auto repair has not become shoddy, just their customer service but I worry the multiple missed details will translate into problems with repair services eventually.

Car had battery problems downtown, and after getting a jump start drive my car to Greg 's. They diagnosed a bad alternator and replaced it. Car had been great since then (6 month).

After squeezing in an oil change to my crazy busy schedule, I wasn't happy that my car wasn't ready when I got dropped off. But the staff provided the right kind of customer service (sincere apology, driving me back to my office, paying for my return Lyft ride) to make my experience much better. Thank you for bringing the "Nordstrom" commitment to customer service to the automotive world.
