Car had battery problems downtown, and after getting a jump start drive my car to Greg 's. They diagnosed a bad alternator and replaced it. Car had been great since then (6 month).

After squeezing in an oil change to my crazy busy schedule, I wasn't happy that my car wasn't ready when I got dropped off. But the staff provided the right kind of customer service (sincere apology, driving me back to my office, paying for my return Lyft ride) to make my experience much better. Over the course of nearly thirty years I have had two cars serviced by Greg's Japanese Auto in Seattle. I sold my first car after 293,000 miles and 21 years of ownership. Simply put, Greg's maintenance on that car clearly contributed to the longevity of that vehicle. I now have a car purchased 7 years ago, and Greg's has been servicing that vehicle. For me, I follow regular maintenance guidelines and let Greg's apply their expertise. Auto repair bills can be steep at times, but at the end of the day, Greg's staff and mechanics get the job done in a professional manner. I also would like to add that on a couple occasions, when I sense that something is just a little off with the sound of the motor, or even hearing some type of odd sound that might be emanating from the wheels, I have contacted Greg's and they have consistently asked that I bring the car in immediately for analysis. I trust their judgment. I think a thirty year relationship speaks for itself.

I’ve been going to Greg's Japanese Auto downtown Seattle for my auto service for 18 years and with three different Acura’s. The service is fast and efficient and they communicate clearly with no surprises.
