I brought my car in at 8am for several repairs which needed to be done after a review on April 27. Stephan took me home in the courtesy van; he was delightful. I phoned at 1:00pm to find out when it would be done. Stephan had told me the van could not pick me up after 4:30.
I was astounded to be told that work had not even begun on my car, after 5 hours!! The person I talked to said he wanted to keep the car the next day; he said work was backed up from Friday. I was furious, and told him he could not have the car the next day. He called back shortly and said he would have it done.
Also when I checked in I gave the person at the counter a check list of potential repairs I was given by your store at my last oil change. He told me all but one would be taken care of by the repairs being done today. He took the list and said he would check to see if this additional repair needed to be done. There was no indication that this was even looked at, as there is no additional charge on my bill and nothing was said to me. The checklist was not given back to me.
I was sent an email with a free oil change, but all I can think of is: what if I didn't call?
