The car has an airbag recall. Seeing as we went in to get the airbag checked...I'm not sure why Greg's didn't check the recall for us. Instead we paid $150 for a diagnostic (that's expensive) without any resolution. Well, the resolution is we pay Greg's $1000 to fix the airbag. I just wasn't impressed with our service this time around. In the past, the service station checks if there's a recall out.

Our experience was more than we expected. I had heard all the ads on the radio and did some research online and was planning on bringing the car we let our daughter use for work in for a tune up, but when it was hit and the radiator and other things were damaged...we had to have it towed in and it was done in a day...at a lower price than we thought!

Very grateful they were so accommodative if my needs for my car, and when I needed to keep the car there since I was leaving town they were willing to do so! They made the repair process quite painless! The only slight issue I had was that my hubcap fell off within several miles outside of the repair shop. I could have driven back, but honestly i was too busy that day to do so. I would like to come back again, honestly everything else has been so positive that one thing doesn’t undo it all, just made it slightly annoying!

Great advice from Martin on my Honda Civic Hybrid battery issue. Also, he helped in follow-up phone call having to do with emissions testing problem having to do with the new employee who is a certified technician (who performed the work) not yet being in department of ecology's database.
