I brought my 2013 Kia Forte in for a 60,000 mile maintenance. They got the job done and had to also replace the power steering fluid, so it was good they spotted a problem there and took care of that. But, in reviewing my owner's manual when I got home and looking at the work that was done on the car, I found out that my car's coolant should have been replaced but it was not at least from what I can tell in reviewing all the paperwork.

I think this may have been missed due to the fact that this car is a Kia, and perhaps the shop did not realize that this was something they needed to do since they just recently started to work on Kia and Haundi. In any event, when my car is due for the next oil change, I'll have it done then, and it should be ok.

I have been having work done for all my cars at Greg's in this location and in the Renton Highland location since the late 1990's, so I know that they can do good work, so something like this is not going to stop me from going back again. I'll be sure to go over my owner's manual and service recommendations, and when I am at Greg's again, I'll be sure to let them know what needs to be done, and I know they will do it, and do it right.

Donny and Ryan did a great job. I started the morning off working with Donny but he had to leave early that day. When I came back to pick up my car Ryan knew exactly what Donny and I had been talking about. I really appreciate their customer service and the easy hand off for me. I definitely don't get treated that way at the dealership. Their driver Ben is also super nice.
