It was not a good experience. I have been taking my car to this place for over a year and have been happy with them however this is the first time it was on a Saturday. I asked if they would provide me with a couple of new tire estimates. No problem was the answer...did not get them. I asked if they would test drive for noise. Again no problem. No comment was made in person or on paper showing that they did. The oil supposedly was changed however the old sticker was still on the windshield. I asked to check my battery. Once again no problem however nothing was noted on paper or stated in person. I just hope the air filter and the cabin filter were changed as I was charged for it. I will not be bringing my car in on a Saturday again if I can find a way around it. If not I will go elsewhere.

The guys at store would like to have you stop by at your convenience and we will go for a ride with you so we can listen to your noise. We can also recheck any work that you are unsure of.
