Not being from the area I had no idea where to get my truck serviced. Like anyone else, I googled automotive shops and read the reviews. Let me save you the suspense and just come here. Michael and Rob upfront, took the best care of me and my truck. They were responsive, honest and open about what I needed and what I did not need to do on this service. They have just earned a customer for life.

Showed up on a Saturday with no appointment for a synthetic oil change. Typically, anywhere else I've been to I pay well into the high $80's. Here it was $60 and had I used a coupon, I know it would have been cheaper, but $60 was a steal for me because I used to take it to the dealership and paid in to the hundreds for regular care services...Anywhosies-I was told it would be a couple hours but they would do their best. I had nothing scheduled so I said I would wait. Their lobby was really cold inside (I had shorts on) so I waited outside in the gazebo. The temps outside were perfect. I started watching Hulu on my phone and before I know it, with 7 minutes left in my show (50 mins) I get told my car is ready. I was upset I didn't get to finish my show but glad my car was completed in less than the time I was quoted. The customer service here was fantastic. I will continue to come here for regular car maintenance.

A poor experience from start to finish. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Delayed service time (days) due to wrong parts. Misdiagnosis of symptoms adding unnecessary cost to repair. 5 trips to the shop.Every other shop that performs an alignment provides a summary data sheet showing the suspension is correctly aligned. Not these guys....just take our word for it. Very frustrating experience and over the top expensive. Retail price for all parts used. Not recommended. I won't be back unless there is another problem with their work!
