I ended up having my radiator going out on my car Stockton at 4:30 didn't seem like they had enough time to be able to fix it before they closed they kept the shop open late at night to make sure that I had my car what place does that for people they have won me over so many times there is no other place to go

Greulich's definitely knows how to make things right for their customers. After an unpleasant experience I decided to come back for another try. The manager was more than accommodating and made sure this time I had a great experience. I was very pleased with the red carpet customer service and will definitely be back. I was very impressed with the speed of service. However, the customer service was a disappointment. I arrived for my appointment and still waited over 20 minutes to get checked in. At checkout I forgot to present my coupon right away. My transaction was not final but Tony would not cancel the transaction or cancel the sale and redo it so I could get my $40 dollars off. He said I would get it on my next visit which at this point I'm not sure if I want to go back. I did not feel like my expensive repair was of any value to their business.

I have taken my car into Greulich's Auto Repair on many occasions. My grandson took his truck in on my recommendation however the guy tried to rip him off. The only thing going on was a check engine light. He paid the $120 diagnostic fee, and was quoted $1600 repair bill. My grandson (19 yrs old) said he couldn't afford it as he only has $800 in his account. Suddenly the bill got lowered to $800. My grandson called his Dad and his dad said he knows a mechanic (Jake) who will check it out. Jake reset the check engine light, charged my grandson nothing and the check engine light has not returned.

I went in for an oil change, but unfortunately they found that both my rear Shock were leaking. what would have

been nice if they would have shown me the leaking shocks so I could have been more satisfied that something

was actually wrong.That problem was a total of $544 with the oil change. They also recommended to have fuel,

transmission and brakes flushed for $453. I probably will not have that done, since most people I asked claim

that is not a necessary thing to do. Having said all this they are a very nice, professional company.

Was referred to this facility by a Discount Tire representative as Discount does not perform wheel alignments.

Greulich's was readily able to schedule an appointment to fit my tight time schedule. In fact, they got me in the shop early and I was done out well before the scheduled time.

There was one camber that could not be fully adjusted due to a worn set screw and a replacement kit was quite expensive. However, the lack of adjustment was not critical and, on inquiry, it was determined there was no hurry to fully rectify. I was pleased not to get the aggressive sales pitch to deal with this immediately at said substantial cost.

Their waiting area was comfortable, clean and provided coffee and water and a very clean rest room.

I will definitely be back.
