Called and received a prompt appointment for my ailing cat! Posed several possibilities and took blood to check out what might be causing his problem. Handled my "timid" 16 yr. old gently and with compassion. Took the time to explain just what was happening and how things would be followed up.

We brought our puppy in with a weird (looked like the typical lyme bullseye) mark on her belly. The vet tech, and Dr. Ziemba were so kind and reassuring. Very helpful overall.

Everyone was very nice. Technicians were kind and settled Katie down. Dr. was great, explained everything she was doing and what she was looking for. She showed me how to apply eye drops. Appreciate the front desk getting me in so quickly. A very good vet experience that turned out well.

My experience with Greylock Animal Hospital has always been more than satisfactory. they have always bern pleasant. thorough and compassionate with both my dogs and myself.

its nuce to know that if i have a question for the Dr. that they will respond by phone personally.

They are open 7 days a week which makes it very dependable since dogs can get sick any day.

I am very happy with all the doctors and their staff.

My cat, Alex. becomes a matted mess (not because I don't try to comb him) and every 6 months he requires a shaving. Greylock does a great job and although he now looks like a sphynx instead of a long-haired cat with dreadlocks, he is ever so much happier.
