Performed a walk through with the customer when job was completed. Customer was happy and paid in full. This is the first we have heard of any issues with the job. We contacted the customer and set up a meeting to address any issues she had. All issues concerning GroundScape have been resolved to customer satisfaction. Certain drainage and erosion issues could not be resolved without an agreement from her neighbors.

If it wasn't for the front desk lady who was very informative and attentive, this place wouldn't have received any stars. The dental hygienist didn't appear to be in a good mood, like she was having a bad day and was unprofessional when engaging with young children/toddlers. Definitely not a go to person if your kids need any procedure done. It's been a while since we've been there and I don't recall any of the staff members being that dull and discourteous.
