According to Blue Cross/ your office assigned two new non-covered codes so I have to pay the entire bill unlike years past when Medicare and Blue Cross paid the bill. Although coded as a refraction, that was not done this visit. And, the eye examined does not have a lense to evaluate.
I have called and left a message but received no response.
I paid at the insistence of your staff because the coded were wrong and you received less than you received in the past with the correct covered codes.
Therefore, we both lost, despite the fact Dr. Nihdig’s care was excellent as always.
