Our Dentist, Dr. Mark is a wonderful and talented man; very caring and gentle. He is 'one of a kind' and he, along with Melissa, are the only reason we attend this clinic. At times we have found the front desk staff indifferent. On several occasions we have been phoned about late payment when the agreed arrangement was to wait for Insurance decisions and pay once the clinic has heard from the Insurance Company. We find this annoying, unprofessional and somewhat insulting depending on the tone of voice over the phone. We are very grateful for Melissa who always manages to give us well thought out answers to our questions, corrects other people's errors and makes up for their indifference. The email we receive to remind us of our appointment times is helpful however the management sees fit to include ads from other businesses in the email. Why can't they just send an appointment reminder email instead of using this opportunity to make more money. We obviously have the internet and can look up anything we want to know. This again is very unprofessional. If we were going to recommend this clinic it would be solely because of our Dentist Dr. Mark.
We appreciate all comments, positive or negative. These allow us as a team to grow. We are fortunate to have Dr. Mark and Melissa here to make the transition easy. New team members are trying to establish the relationship you have with Melissa and Dr. Mark therefore sometimes they will be asking questions to clarify your previous arrangements.
With regards to the DemandForce appointment reminds, that is a program we use, and I will be researching the outside Advertising you mention, as that is not what we were intending.
