The cleaning went fine, as usual. But then after waiting more than 20 minutes for the dentist to spend 2 minutes with me, I walked out.

Mr. Epperson, I apologize for your wait. I was in surgery with a patient and could not get up to leave. I got to the room at 10 till, we give the hygienist 1 hour for your apt. so you are not rushed.

Although my regular dentist did not do the emergency extraction of my tooth, it was still a great experience. These dentists are so professional and make you feel so comfortable under all circumstances. I am 70 years old and have been to a dentist since I was 7 years old. In all these years, I have never had such professional care. The bedside manner of my dentist, Dr. Adams is second to none. The front office is excellent with all those folks ready to help at any time for any reason. My husband was fortunate enough to be taken on as a new patient by Dr. .Adams and he said it was a decision he is so thankful for. We selfishly hope Dr. Adams never retires!!!

Being nervous about my procedure, I was assured that I would be okay and was offered laughing gas to help me feel more comfortable. Dr. William Adams was also gentle and reassuring.

I never mind going to the dentist anymore, it’s a pleasant experience with seeing Carey for a cleaning, or Dr. Adams for a checkup, or work to be done. They are both amazing! The office staff is awesone, too, always friendly and ready to help! Overall great experience!
