I called to make an appointment to donate my hair. Explicitly asked the receptionist, Alex, if there was a charge for donating at their salon and if they participated in a program such as Locks for Love, the answer was free and they would give a form for my donation. My donated hair was put in a bag with no form to mail and I was charged full price for a haircut! Was very disappointed to be mislead when I was trying to donate my hair for a good cause!!!Read More …
