My dog Rudy recently came down with a serious medical issue that required immediate attention. Although I had to pay for an emergency visit, it was almost closing time and Dr. I was gracious and told me to bring him in. Because the tests indicated a serious medical concern with his liver and the fact that Rudy could not keep anything in his stomach without throwing up, he remained at the clinic on IV fluids an an antibiotic. He also had blood testing ect and was admitted for treatment and additional testing for a period of six days. During that time, Dr. I and his staff kept us informed of his status, allowed us to visit and gave us reassurance that Rudy was receiving good care. Fast forward, Rudy continued to improve and additional tests revealed no cancer or mass on his liver but that he had a serious digestive infection that was treatable with medication. We cannot thank Dr. I and his staff enough for it was through their care and the grace of God that Rudy is still with us today.
