I had to wait 50mins to see the doctor. Staff was short handed, only one nurse! I had to wait until she come back from lunch to be seen. The receptionist needs to be more professional, welcoming and friendly!

They are so good with my son he usually freaks out when doctors try touching him but here they baby talk to him making him comfortable. Staff is really nice I'm so glad I changed to here

I felt the initial contact was very unprofessional. I had gone at 8:00 am to get the paperwork filled out there was nobody at the window the receptionist finally came out and went to the window to the left of me and instead of greeting me at the window I was standing she opened her window and told me to sit down somebody would be there. No good morning and didn’t even feel the necessity of going to the window I was standing and explaining my temperature must be taken! I stood by the chairs for about 5-10 minutes the lady that was taking my temperature finally came out and once again did not say good morning hello nothing she said sign here and took my temperature. When I went back to the window to tell the lady I just wanted the paperwork filled out she abruptly stopped me and said our computers are down! We can’t fill out anything. Again so unprofessional! I said well when could you fill it out she said she didn’t know they would have to call me which they did NOT do! When I came back with my grandson same treatment no good afternoon hello just sit over there after 15 minutes the lady came out and had us sign the book and took our temperatures! Didn’t say hello good afternoon no kind of greeting at all! When I’m treated rudely I usually don’t go back! I wonder how many Gulf Coast clients feel that way?

Received an email stating we "missed" our appointment. No, we didn't miss our appointment at 8:20. We actually showed up at 8:10 with 4 walk-ins before us. Got to the window at 8:30, and was informed the nurse didnt show up. It would have been nice to know before my arrival, so that my kids wouldn't have missed school, and myself as a single mother/income wouldnt of had to missed 2 hours of work. I'm not the one to complain, but this has happened twice so far this year. Very inconvenient and not professional!

Great visit, NP, and the Staff were all professionals in the way they greeted and addressed all the clients as well as us from sign in to check out while i we were waiting.
