Everyone was friendly and organized which always makes me feel like they know what they are doing.

The other customers in the waiting area were comfortable and calm , another good sign.

A very thorough review of the issues I was having with my car was done. An open and honest discussion of prioritizing the needed work from what needed to be done soon Vs. the future and the timing of that was addressed.This is extremely useful to be so that I can plan future repairs as my car is 10+ years old.

When "engine" light came on, I immediately headed to Gustafson's. Was advised that car needed to be run through diagostics to determine problem. Scheduled next day early morning appointment with Jose Perez. Problems found and fixed and had my car back by the end of that day. Great customer service, as usual!!!!!
