The response to my inquiry was fast with an estimator on site within a day. I was pleasantly surprised when the work crew appeared a day after I signed an agreement. The price was quite competitive. The installation appears to be very good but not quite as I had expected. I would have given this review a 5 star if I could have had a minor change of down spout termination made at the time. The crew did not have the parts needed and I am now not able to find a supplier.

I'm sorry about our crew asking you to find parts, which we have gone back out to Mr Buerfiend after I saw this review and made sure the right parts were placed where needed to complete the work as promised. Our policy is to never tell the customer to find the parts at a store unless we are giving them advise on how to do it themselves. The employee that said this to our customer was talked to made aware that we do not treat our customers this way. We pride ourselves in the way our customers are treated. Thanks for the feedback so we can continue to work on having a great business.
