I am very disappointed with booking appointments here at the Norcross pediatrics location. My twin babies have been coming here since they were born. And before they were always seen at one time under one appointment time. And all of the sudden it's been a hassel. And if things changed receptionist would not clarify the necessary. Plus my last appointment was notated as a date of conflict so I get automated systems to notify these issues where it should not have been one to begin with.
I do not have any issues with the doctors there but their system they have with customer service is pretty lousy.
