I arrived at my 8:40 am appointment only to be told my appointment was at 9:00 am. Apparently they put another patient in my time and moved me back. Proper customer service would have been to state there was a scheduling issue and to ask in I minded to have my time moved back but that did not happen. I was told that I was wrong and that was not my time , with attitude. When I presented my reminders with the correct time I was again given a nasty “sorry” we had to put someone else in. I was very unhappy with this service because I love having Dr Hilbert as my Doctor. They did keep my time in the end , too little too late.

The receptionist greeted me the second I walked in. I didn't have a long wait time. I was called to the back before I could sit down. The staff was very friendly and professional. Everything was very neat and clean. That's the kind of service I love. In and out. I love my doctor cause she straight to the point. She tells me what's exactly going on and what I need to do. I would recommend Gynecology & Laparoscopic Surgeons to anyone that needs this particular type of help. Thank you!!

Dr.Hilbert is always so caring, attentive and knowledgeable. I feel like i can talk to her about everything and anything. She always take time and answers my questions. I love having her as a physician.

I think Dr. Hilbert is great! A few of the office staff are a bit curt and snarky but apparently you can’t have it all.

Dr. Roberts and her staff have always made me feel comfortable and welcomed. Dr. Roberts is an excellent listener and strives to provide patient centered care. She is fast and efficient, yet I never feel rushed. Staff have taken care to create an environment that feels luxurious, comforting, and discreet. I travel two and a half hours to see Dr. Roberts because I have never had a better doctor. I have been going to this office and seeing Dr. Roberts for the past 10 years and I plan on continuing to get care with her and her team until she retires!
