The friendly staff at Plaque Attack is great! They were able to answer all of my questions, I didn't spend a lot of time waiting in the waiting room and I feel like they did a thorough job with my exam and cleaning. The dentist and assistants took the time to really explain the treatment I needed and why I needed it and the hygienist showed me how to brush and floss properly at home. I've never gotten that at another office! I would definitely recommend this office.

Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are warm and professional. The Dentist and staff are incredibly caring and take the time to answer any of my questions. Really like the fact that they have a Hygienist in the office, the time spent for my cleaning was fantastic, showing me how to floss and proper way of using a tooth brush, and the lecture giving to me in why we have to have a deep cleaning, I would highly recommend friends and family to Plaque Attack Dental. Thanks

I actually enjoy going to the dentist now. The staff is professional. Dr is so kind and patient. I can barely feel the shot. The hygienist is awesome. She has taught my kids how to brush and floss correctly. I wouldn't take them anywhere else

The hygienist works too quickly and injects too much anesthia to the patients.

Plaque Attack At Hacienda Dental replied:

We are very sorry to hear that you had a negative experience in our office and wish to address your concerns by assuring you that our hygienist never uses more than the recommended and safe amount of local anesthetic for deep cleanings. The amount of anesthetic used for this procedure differs greatly from what might ordinarily be used for restorative treatment on an individual tooth due to the fact that half of the mouth, as many as sixteen teeth, need to be numbed at once. It can therefor seem as though you have been given a lot of anesthetic. It is normal for this type of anesthesia to last several hours after the appointment and patients may have varying reactions to the local anesthetic. Our hygienist always gives the smallest amount of anesthesia necessary for safely and comfortably completing the treatment. The appointment time for each deep cleaning is usually always an hour, though certain exceptions may be made depending on the severity of the case. We always encourage patients to voice any concerns that they may have at the time of their appointment, that way concerns may be addressed right away.
