I haven't been to a dentist in many years so I was very worried when I went. It ended up being the best experience I've ever had at a doctor's office in my life. They did everything to insure I was comfortable during the whole visit. Even helped my boyfriend out with his anxiety about the dentist (he was more worried than I was). They offer a warm neck towel, coffe/water or even ear plugs/buds if the noise bothers you. That in itself is neat. They even can help set up payment plans, which definitely helps if you're one of those like me who haven't been able to get insurance. I'd definitely recommend hagerstownsmiles.
