The only people who ever say hello to me are Gabriella, Barbara and Anna. It seems to be a place where the veteran customer are appreciated but we newcomers are ignored.
I go there because of the hairdresser but everything else that comprises a salon seems flat.

The receptionist was polite and very helpful, especially with regard to my insurance. The Doctor took time to speak with me about my situation and then did a thoroght evalutation. He explained everything he was going to do and answered all of my questions without making me feel foolish for asking. The treatment was helpful and the next day I was feeling better already.
