I was very pleased with the customer service. She talked with me and made me feel comfortable, answering all of my questions. However, I was a pretty disappointed with the outcome of my color. I was hoping for a bit of an extreme change, and under the salon lights it almost looked like one, but when I got home ($180 later after 25% off) to show the result, my boyfriend asked what service I had gotten done to my hair. He couldn't tell and honestly I can't really except in certain lights, and I've tried a lot of settings. I was so excited during the 3 hour process and now I'm sad with the results. Maybe it was a communication error and I didn't specify how light I wanted to go. I really like this salon because the workers are very nice and knowledgeable, but I hate paying so much and not getting what I'd hoped for. Maybe a few washes will lighten it up more.
