Was last in contact on 12/13 for an issue with my AWD transfer case. I had a question about the parts they recommended replacing and I called back 12/19 and left a message. Called back 12/21 and left a message. Symptoms went away so not panicked about it but disappointed they don't just call back like I asked. It is now 2/28 and pretty sure they will never call. I can't revolve my life around figuring out the exact right time to call them. If I had one improvement to reccomend it would be to engage their customers by email. I have also sent multiple requests for contact by email thru their web form over the years for setting up appointments and it never works. You have to call, even that can be spotty, showing up in person and dropping off your car is your best bet to get work done.
