I have been here twice to get my hair done and both times I was BLOWN away by how amazing my hair came out! My highlights were exactly what I was looking for and MORE!
However, about 20 minutes before my appointment I had to call in and let them know I was going to be about 10-15 minutes late. Well whoever answered the phone was NOT happy and gave me an attitude (oh well) life goes on! I ended up being 23 minutes late and it was completely out of my control! However the entire time I was there I felt extremely guilty and as if everyone was "mad" at me for being late (very uncomfortable).
The only reason I'm writing this is because the first time I had gone there to get my hair done not only was I on time and early BUT I had to sit there for over 35 minutes waiting to get my hair done.
Did I make a big deal and give an attitude to the front desk?? NOPE! I was just happy to be out of my house on a Saturday with no children! Haha
Does anyone see my point here??
I love my stylist and will of course continue going there but I damn sure as hell will never be late again bc I definitely don't want to feel the way I did on my second visit there.

It seems like your stylist succeeded that expectation, thank you for noticing. By no means did we want to make you feel uncomfortable and for that I apologize. We schedule our stylist based on the requested service by the client. The time allotted is carefully calculated based on each individual stylist, having someone arrive late for their appointment can cause a domino effect and throw off her entire day, as I suspect happened with your first appointment when your stylist was running 35 minutes late.
