Dr. Halina Krzywonos, DDS, PC, received her early training in dentistry in Poland, graduating from school in 1989. Upon relocating to New York City, Dr. Krzywonos was accepted into the dentistry program at New York University's renowned School of Dentistry. While at NYU, she was named recipient of the Bernard E. Rudner Memorial Awards for the division of comprehensive care, applied practice administration and behavioral science.
After graduation, Dr. Krzywonos joined a private practice on 5th Avenue with which she stayed on for the following eleven years before joining Manhattan Prosthetic Dentistry in 2006. Since then, Dr. Krzywonos has built a highly loyal clientele; she is recognized for her attention to detail and superior care geared towards the unique needs of each and every one of her patients.
Dr. Krzywonos has excelled in resolving in a timely manner a medical problem that arose suddenly, and is now completing a delicate restorative task with the professionalism and utmost care I have known all these years by being her patient. I fully trust her.
I came to see Dr. Krzywonos for a night guard. She explained to me, by showing on my teeth, how I grind my teeth and what damage it is doing. In the process she also caught a decay that my primary care dentist had not caught just last month. I did not have to wait for the appointment and her staff was extremely nice and professional.
I am always taken on time, they always provide wonderful, helpful service and I always leave satisfied. My hygienist Cashmere takes great pains and does wonderful cleanings and Dr. Krzywonos takes time to check everything and talk with me about any concerns or issues.
Always caring and professional. Kahmier, the dental assistant who has been cleaning, checking, xraying, and advising me for years is also excellent. The two make a great team so the 2 for 1 package makes the visits and treatments especially appreciated.
