As usual, the service was excellent. Hadn't been there in at least 6 years as I have a new car and this was the first Smog Check. Nothing has changed. Same professionalism, friendly ladies in the front office, same wonderful experience.
Recently I had work done on my pickup. Brakes were dangerously bad and hot air blew out the AC vents. ughh In 24 hours it was fixed and home. A detailed repair report was provided and explained in person. This included other issues that need attention. Cost was very fair. No other shop has ever been this good to me. My Toyota Tacoma pickup needed immediate attention to bad brakes and lack of air conditioning. They took the truck right in and I had it back the next day. Cold air in the cab and brakes working like new. A detailed report on the repairs and other issues that need attention was also provided and explained in person. Cost of repair was very fair. I absolutely love the service here. Never have any complaints and I have been coming for over two years. This is the first time that I walked in and the receptionist did not even acknowledge me upon entering and leaving. As a customer you have to walk out to the front desk to sign and walk up to the desk to pick up your appointment ticket upon leaving and she never once even looked up to say anything. Being someone who works in a similar customer service position that is never okay.
