While the staff was extremely nice and friendly, I was disappointed in the services for Happi. She has been with your clinic since the day we got her and because I only needed vaccines, she was not checked at all. No doctor came in to look at her over all health (teeth, lumps, not even questions). Very disappointed.

Mrs. Juban we would be happy to examine Happi anytime you would like. Our technicians are trained to look for signs that would complicate the vaccination process. If they felt in any way she was not in good health, they would let you know and grab the doctor. We try to keep costs down for our clients by taking care of our patients wellness matters. I am very sorry Happi did not receive the treatment you wanted. We are here to take care of both of you so please let us know when you would like something else added to your appointment, we will be more than happy to take care of that.
