Normally great service. However, this time there was a significant delay in ordering my contacts. Additionally, I had to call several times to inquire on status as no info was provided. Also, I called to make an apt to pick up one box (of 13) of contacts and get me glasses adjusted - the apt was not logged in the system and the correct contacts were not actually available when I showed up. For reason, nearly everything got messed up for me this time. Normally, these issues don’t occur.

Very professional and courteous services- both for the eye exam, with Dr. Szeto and at the eyeglass-selection counter. The woman that assisted me at the eyeglass counter (I forget her name), was very helpful and knowledgeable.in selecting my frames.

Wonderful staff and they have COVID protocols that make good sense. I have been going here for years and the high level of service has been so consistent. The office is near a Peet's !!
