Everybody was very friendly and professional. The facility was very clean. They did a great job on cleaning my teeth and the dental hygenist and Dr.Hampton were very thorough in explaining what was going on with my teeth. I loved that they took pictures so I could see the cavity on the back of my molar. Sometimes when I go to dentists I wonder if things are really as bad they say so it was nice to be able to see for myself. I didn't want x-rays because I had them at my last appointment 6 months ago and don't like to overdo it on the radiation. They were fine and not pushy with that. When I asked about electric tooth brushes they weren't pushy either. My only feedback on improvement for them was that when I first called the guy who answered the phone just said "hello?"
I wondered if I had a wrong number or something and almost hung up. If he would have said something like " hi you've reached Dr. Hampton's office" it would have felt more professional and less confusing. He was nice and very helpful when I got there. Overall great office & great staff! Reasonably priced.

Oops - good suggestion - but occasionally when phones are forwarded we can't tell that it is from the office - technology. But we are happy to be available to our patients 24/7. Thank you.

You can't imagine the expanse of difference in dental care until you have been traumatized by somebody like Aspen dental. Its unfortunate that Dr Hampton would have to work behind such illicit care,,but his expertise and years of experience are very clear. Dr Hampton did some really difficult procedures on my teeth. This is NOT average. It hurt! But I am in appreciation to this entire team.
