They are very good at explaining everything, from procedures to medication and it's effects and will work with you to make sure your fur baby receives the absolute best care. Parker is always treated like family when I bring her in.

We came for our annual visit and asked for new ear flush but didn't receive it. When we asked for some on the next visit, purpose of the visit was for Rx refills, we left feeling like the office thought we had let an ear infection go for months. This is a trademark of our visits - leaving feeling like we have done something wrong. We love our pet and give him great care and attention.
