I received an introductory flyer in the mail and decided to treat myself to a facial as I felt in need of some stress relief. Whilst the beautician was very pleasant and knowledgeable, I felt as though 75% of the appointment was concentrated on SELL SELL SELL! The appointment was an hour long, the first 10 minutes were talking about all the different options one could purchase. I did chose a $20 add on to my facial. The next 20 minutes were spent talking about my skin and what treatments I could purchase to help it. If I was lucky, I got 20 minutes of the relaxation that had been the motivation for me to book the appointment! After the appointment I was shown products and then offered to commit to a monthly membership.
The 20 minutes of "non sell" facial was wonderful however I paid for, and expected, 60 minutes of non sell, relaxation and for that reason, I'm out!
