Old time customer service! They had to cancel my appointment last minute due to therapist illness? The owner Tracy called before I got out of parking lot and said if you want to come back I can set you up with a different therapist and its on me. Now that's what owners used to do when they caused you not to be completely satisfied. You don't see that kind of loyalty to customers anymore. Ive always known this place was a class act but this just confirmed it!
