Called them since I had an emergency and wanted to move the time. They were closing early so I requested to move to next day. They didn’t care - proceeded to tell me that I would be charged half the fee. The lady on the phone was so rude. Canceled mine, my husband’s and my son’s appointments. Their loss! Businesses need to learn to be more flexible.
We were not aware it was an emergency, we were told you were in Barrie and could not make it back by 2:30pm The closing time of 4pm is not early as this is our usual closing time during this time of transitional re-openings. It is our normal policy to charge half the cost of the service for last minute cancellation, it is our form of respect for the service provider who has lost an appointment, and this policy was provide when the appointment was booked and also on all email communications.
