I need explanation why my credit card was charge during the Corona Virus quarantine, when your business was closed?

Haw can you take advantage of situation when all country was/is suffering financially? Just because you have my credit card on file?

You have charged me for service you would not provide.Don't you think it is criminal act?

What kind of moral this company has?

I'm requesting immediate refund of $279.80 to my credit card.

I was very impressed with the whole experience with the facial, I will be going back for more of them and to do a massage, place was very clean and the ambiance was great, the customer service was wonderful, there were a lot of customers waiting in the customer area at 10am there wasn't a spot to sit and relax but it was the day after Valentines so I will chalk it up to that, overall it was a Great experience.

Everyone is friendly and helpful. The facials are very relaxing. They are suited to my own skin care needs and what I want to concentrate on each time. The estheticians are knowledgeable and capable. Love Hand & Stone and will return often.

Wonderful experience. The waiting room is bright and inviting. The massage tables are adjustable up or down which is very helpful for vertically challenged people like me. They people are warm and friendly
