I’m going to be honest because I’m a business owner and woul home for the same. I booked an and half. He primarily massaged the back of my body my front wasn’t touched other than the feet and hand add on along with my scalp. This wasn’t what I’m accustomed to. I’m a frequent at Hand and Stone I’m my home of Fort Worth, Texas. The man who did my massage was fine by has his own agenda he’s pushing as far as offering personal training and various things. Not appropriate in my opinion. We discussed marketing and he shared he’s doing marketing for this location, while I don’t mind chit chat I’d recommend you get someone with professional experience to do marketing for you since you are apparently struggling to gain clients.
I learned way more about your business then I should have. If I owned your spa this is something that would not be allowed.
I hope you recei e this inthe spirit I intend it to help you.
Your front desk lady was kind and your spa manager(?) was gracious.
