Had a massage and facial scheduled for my birthday, but the massage was cancelled due to their person being sick. I understand people get sick, but was disappointed. I wish I could have been offered another time slot or a small discount on a future appointment. The facial was great, but expensive if you're not a member. I don't sign contracts for this type of thing, so I'm sure it would have been less if I was a member. I will most likely not go back for the facial due to cost. I can get the same thing elsewhere for less money.
